Deep Dive Assessment

The deep dive assessment is where we properly get under the surface. In 90 minutes, we do a full clinical assessment of what's going on for you, exploring the root causes of what you're experiencing, whether that's burnout, anxiety, chronic stress or that constant sense of not being able to switch off.

It's not a chat. It's a structured, focused session that builds a clear and honest picture of where you are right now and why. By the end of it, you'll have real clarity on what's driving things and what needs to change.

Following the session, you'll receive a written summary covering the key findings and a personalised set of recommendations for next steps. Whether you choose to continue into the Success Cage programme or take that away and act on it independently, the decision is entirely yours.

The assessment is available face to face in my office based in East Kilbride Village or online, whichever works best for you.

3 Month Intensive

 

Sometimes six months isn't what you need. Sometimes you want to get in, do the work and come out the other side feeling like a different person. That's what the 12 week intensive is for.

This is a structured, focused programme built around a clear goal and the core issues that tend to sit underneath it.

We work on the overthinking that won't switch off, the depleted nervous system that's running on empty and the work-life balance that's stopped existing in any meaningful way.

We look at where boundaries have quietly collapsed and why saying no feels so hard.

And we go into something that often gets overlooked entirely, who you actually are outside of your job title and what you've built.

Is this the right programme for you?

The 12 week intensive suits people who need faster, more focused relief, who have a specific problem they want to tackle properly or who can't commit to a longer programme right now but are ready to do serious work within a defined timeframe.

The Success Cage is different. It's a six month programme designed for patterns that are more complex, more long-standing, or more deeply woven into how someone has built their life and identity. It goes further and slower by design, because that's what the work requires.

Month One - Foundation and Relief

The first four weeks are practical and focused on giving you immediate tools that actually work. Using CBT and nervous system techniques, we start to tackle the overwhelm, anxiety and stress head on. You'll learn why your brain and body are responding the way they are and more importantly, what to do about it. This month is about building a foundation and getting you some breathing room.

Month Two - Going Deeper

Once the acute symptoms start to ease, we go beneath the surface. Month two leans into compassion focused therapy, looking at the patterns, beliefs and relationship with yourself that have been quietly driving things. CBT and nervous system work are woven in where needed based on your progress, but this is where the deeper shift begins to happen.

Month Three - Bringing It Together

The final four weeks combine everything. We work across all three approaches as your needs dictate, consolidating what's changed and making sure it sticks. A significant part of this month is building your maintenance plan and relapse prevention, so that when life gets hard again and it will, you have the tools, the self-awareness and the resilience to handle it without going back to square one.

This programme requires consistent availability across all three months. It's designed to build on itself week by week, so commitment to the process is essential.
